The psychological (IT-)assessment lab is a part of Vienna University's Differential Psychology, Personality Psychology, and Psychological Assessment Unit. Within Psychology studies, it represents the backbone infrastructure for training students in how to use tests, administer various instruments, and report expert assessments. Moreover, we use this lab to evaluate and develop psychometric tests, and track changing patterns of population characteristics over time.

We aim at reducing our ecological footprint by
- systematically recycling testing materials
- reducing the number of obtained test manual hardcopies by shifting to online resources
- shifting to computer- instead of pen-and-paper-based assessment materials, where feasible
- reducing electronic equipment runtime during times of lower demand
